Deploy. Battle. The arena resets.

Each round you spend your gold on squads, place them on the board, pick formations and armaments, then the battle plays out on its own. Win the round and the enemy commander takes the hit. Lose it and you learn something for the next deploy. Positioning, counters and timing decide everything.

Three tiers of units

Soldiers, archers and neophytes at the front; samurai, druids, ballistae, assassins and minotaurs behind them; elephant juggernauts, gryphons and zeppelins at the top. The same unit can fight on either side. The banner it was raised under shapes it.

Heroes with skill sets

A Commander who rallies the line, a Paladin who heals through it, a Berserker who cleaves into it, a Beastmaster who runs with the pack. Heroes level during the match, and each skill set changes how the army around them fights.

Over a hundred armaments

Upgrades that change what a unit does, not just its numbers: greater cleave, assassin blades that hunt casters, called lightning, war banners, veteran ranks earned in battle.

Ways to fight

Deploy · Battle · Reset · Adapt

The arena

Two cosmic powers, the Lord of Light and the Chaos-Bringer, shape the worlds their champions grow up in. A third party, the Consortium of Magic, built the arena where those champions meet: a battlefield that rewinds itself after every clash. Every deploy is order, every battle is flux, every reset is time. That loop is the game.
